Friendsgiving 2026 and Town Hall

It is with bittersweet feelings that we share we will be hosting the Friendsgiving event this year!

One of our favorite events of the year, Friendsgiving has been lovingly organized by Adam and RJ at New Milford Pride (also founding members of OITC) for several years. As New Milford Pride comes to an end, we are so grateful to be trusted to carry on this beautiful event of community and connection. A huge thank you to all the work, love and time that Adam and RJ have poured into our community over the years. 

A week after Friendsgiving, we will also be hosting a community town hall in New Milford - this is an opportunity for LGBTQIA+ folks in New Milford and the surrounding areas to come together to organize and discuss what they would like to see going forward and learn how OITC can support these efforts.
